FB Jail...

So there is no real excuse why I haven't posted on my website, besides the neverending tasks of being MOM. However now I am in FB jail, so I haven't posted anything in a few weeks now. I just wanted to let you guys know... I run a joke page and I run my Keto lifestyle page via FB. The joke page is miscellaneous funnies and randoms, that I started years ago and now that FB is allowing the shaking for reporting, my page has definitely found some complaints - that cost me publishing rights. That inturn, cause my email owns both pages doesn't allow me to post my recipes or ANYTHING... SO, I will be starting to post here as it's owned by me solely and has no ties anywhere else.

I love responding to your questions and inquiries, so keep them coming. I will be working on getting all the recipes and posts moved over here, so bare with me while I build a library for reference!! <3 much love!!
